Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Only reasonable and verified requests will be entertained for cancellation.
- Orders already dispatched or delivered cannot be canceled.
Return & Replacement Policy
- We accept returns or replacement requests within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Please notify us immediately and return the product in its original packaging, unused, and untampered.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is:
- Defective or damaged during shipping
- Incorrect (wrong product sent)
- Tampered or not as described
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or tampered items
- Products marked as “non-refundable” in their description
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only under valid circumstances such as:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Product tampered or not as described
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer Availability for Pickup (Returns)
If a return pickup is arranged, the customer must be available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Missed pickups due to unavailability may delay the return process.
No Refund Policy (for Specific Items)
Some products may clearly state a No Refund Policy in their descriptions. Please read individual product pages carefully before purchasing.
