Yes! We take great care in ensuring every plant we send out is completely healthy and ready to be adopted into its new home. However, like pets, we recognize that plants all look different and tastes differ. So if you’re unsatisfied with your plant and prefer to return it, please contact us and we’ll make it happen.
Before any plant leaves our nursery, we check to ensure they have healthy roots, dark green leaves, and no signs of pests or disease.
All our plants are safely and securely packed before shipping. If they're damaged during delivery, we'll replace them for free.
If you're at-all unsatisfied, reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your plant and we'll make it right.
